Plans for the Teams Future

The Sharks have decided during the off season that we will be in rebuild stage we decided that this will be the right direction for the team to go to. We are going to try to look for Prospects and Draft Picks during the off season and shoot for Young Players. 

We Belive this is the best way for the team and try to fix up the roster and save it. There is no other way to fix this we have some good players that we can give up for good picks and prospects just the matter of how to trade them for what.
