Something is not right in Boston. No one is talking but what seems like a normal goalie rotation is not happening in Beantown. Dan Vladar is preparing for his 11th straight start.
"Sways is battling something and has been dinged up for a long time. We decided that we would run with Vladdy for a bit and see how it goes. And obviously the results have been good enough." said goalie coach Bob Essensa.
Vladar is 7-3-0 in the ten games. The goals against average isn't stunning but he is making the saves when he needs them.
"I like the work." said Vladar. "Much better than playing one of every four or five games. You get in a groove and feel confident about your play."
The next test is against another cup contender in Carolina. "I don't think about who, I just think about stopping the puck said Vladar."
