The Wings have shocked the fans of Detroit by trading away their Captain Dylan Larkin. A native kid from Michigan, many fans thought he would be untradeable, heck even Larkin thought that. This will leave a feeling of shock in all of Michigan and in the hearts of all Red Wings fanatics.

To Det : Prospects Spencer Knight, Alex Newhook, and Carter Savioe.

Detroit has struggled so far this season and by losing Dylan Larkin things will only get worse for this season. Yes this hurts but the future looks brighter in Motown.

Not only do they have probably the best defensive prospect not in the league yet in Seider but now they have possibly the best goalie prospect not in the league yet in Spencer Knight. With these 2 things should turn around a lot quicker.

In Newhook they have a rookie who should help as early as next season and help bring in a new era here in Hockey Town!
