The Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy

  The winner of the Rocket Richard Award, given to the player who scores the most goals during the regular season, is  Leon Draisaitl of the Carolina Hurricanes.  Leon posted 63 goals in 76 games beating runner up Auston Matthews who finished with 59 goals in 80 games.  It would be reasonable to assume these two great athletes will be competing for this trophy for many years to come.  Congrats to Draisaitl who is looking to add more awards at this year's ceremony.
