Columbus Blue Jackets Hire New General Manager

With the 2022 season upon us, the Columbus Blue Jackets have hired a new General Manager to replace Todd Pizzati, who had to step down due to family matters; the Columbus Blue Jackets thank Todd for his service and wish him all the best. 

Their new hire is a top scout from Europe; Randal VanderVinne.  Not much is known about the new hire except that the players might need to learn to speak dutch and expect to get hit by a wooden shoe if a player does not perform to expectations.  Not sure where the mindset is for the Columbus ownership group, but perhaps this is the change the team needs to take things to another level.
