Columbus Lose Game One of the Road Trip 8 to 1 vs Oilers

3:48 into the first period, Brady Tkachuk scored on the power play; assisted by McDavid and Burakovsky.  This was the crack needed to dismantle the hive of the Blue Jackets; as the Edmonton Oilers would score 8 straight goals - leaving Columbus with no answers for the McDavid show (3 goals & 2 assists) - First star.

Another strange thing, Columbus goalie Erik Kallgren started the game, was chased out after 4 goals and was replaced by Logan Thompson - 14:41 of the first period.  The Oilers put in another 4 and at 18:31 of the second period... Erik Kallgren was put back into the net.

What a disaster.  Four losses in a row for the Blue Jackets, hopefully they can turn things around versus the Flames on the next game.
