Moving Ahead

The new league direction is being implemented in conjunction with a MAJOR change in the Board of Governors.

After years of holding a top level position on the board Jeremy Seguin is walking away, he has informed the board that he no longer has the passion needed to be involved.

The league wasted little time in filling the vacated seat with Golden Knights brain child Steve White.

Steve is the mastermind behind the remarkable rebuild in Vegas, the work he has completed in the last season will have Vegas contending for years to come.

“We knew Steve would be an asset and we wanted him on board, he has many contacts in the sim world and has major influence in bringing new General managers to the league.

He is also the numbers guy when it comes to player ratings.”

The League will start the 2021 season with a brand new state of the art web portal,

“We had to move in a new direction when it came to our site, the old portal was full of errors and was not being maintained. The original portal was created over 10 years ago and it was time to move on”

The TUFHL will also be implementing new rule changes based on feedback from GM’s this past season.

“ we know there was going to be rules we wanted to tinker with after we launched on the fly last year.”

The league will also be going with a standard set of ratings from the same provider year after year, this will allow us to be more consistent and with GM Whites help the ratings should be more streamline.

Once the new ratings and portal is launched, each GM will have to update all prospect ratings for their team.

This will be mandatory prior to us moving forward with the offseason.

We look like we will have 4 or 5 GMs to replace so please feel free to invite anyone you feel may be an asset to the league.

We will also be adding an expansion team in Seattle, I would like this GM to be involved this entire season setting the ground work for his team prior to the expansion draft.
